1. Click the Register Button. Please take note that you will be re-directed to:
https://sid.dmcihomes.com/OnlineCRF/Main.aspx?ac=GI26233
2. Fill Up the form with your Name, Email Address, Contact Number, preferred Location and Project.
3. Click Agree and Submit.
4. Check your email and look for Email from sid@dmcihomes.com with Subject: DMCI Homes - Verify your Email Address then click on Confirm My Email Address.
5. You will re-directed to https://sid.dmcihomes.com for you to complete your details (Birthday, Address, Spouse or co buyer, etc.)
7. Upload a picture of Valid ID (Front and Back) then click Submit.
8. DMCI will send another email to confirm your successful registration. Proceed to Step 2.
1. On the registration confirmation email, you will see the Proceed to Unit Holding button. Click the said button and you will be redirected to Online Unit Holding System page.
2. Select your preferred Location, Property, Unit Type, Building and Level from the dropdown menu then click Next.
3. Check if Unit Details are correct then click Hold. This action will prompt for a Confirmation code that will be sent in a separate email.
4. You will receive an email that contains a Confirmation Code that you need to enter from the previous step.
5. Look for Holding Confirmation Email from DMCI Homes and take note of the Unit Holding ID. Proceed to Step 3.
1. Fill-up the Online Reservation Form. Please ensure that your personal details are correct.
2. Upon completion of Reservation Agreement, you will receive an Email that contains a link for you to proceed with the Online Reservation.
3. Fill-up Payment Information with your debit or credit card details.
4. Upon completion of online payment, get a screenshot of Successful Transaction and send a copy to your Sales Agent for assistance on validation.
